All orders are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding some holidays). 4 Play Buzz, Inc., ships all packages via USPS for your convenience.

U.S. Shipping Chart

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your 4 Play Buzz, Inc. experience. If you have any questions regarding your order, please email info@4playbuzz.com.
Your order will be processed and shipped within 3 business days after the order is placed - excluding weekends and holidays.
You will receive an Order Confirmation email when your order is processed, which will include your USPS tracking number. 

Returns

Due to the intimate nature of the 4 Play Buzz, Inc., products, returning a product is not possible. However, in the unlikely event you receive a defective product; you may exchange the defective product within 45 days of your invoice date to receive a duplicate item. Please contact your distributor. Product needs to be returned in ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Sorry, no merchandise credit can be issued.

To exchange a defective item

Contact Manufacturer of item as many will come with a warranty. You may also contact your distributor or email 4 Play Buzz, Inc., directly at info@4playbuzz.com, if you have any questions or concerns. Product needs to be returned in ORIGINAL PACKAGING, we will not accept it, if it is not.
